What are your areas of expertise?

Management of clients’ portfolios and claims specialising in construction and manufacturing trades (including higher risk occupations), leisure risks , bike parks , builders merchants, professionals, property owners and agricultural clients.

How many years have you been in the insurance business?

32 years!

Commercial Risks Manager  –  4 years

Commercial and Farming Underwriter   –  10 years

Commercial Underwriter and Private Medical Product Controller – 16 years

Which has been the most interesting project you’ve worked on in the past year at CRS?

I currently look after several bike parks in the local area which has developed my knowledge of leisure risks, even though it has been many years since I have ridden a bike!

Another client based in London runs a medical scanning service across the UK which is extremely interesting keeping up with ground-breaking new medical tests and processes.

What are your interests outside work?

I enjoy watching live music and going to the theatre, and of course watching Wales play rugby!
